Results Based AccountabilityResults Based Accountability (RBA) is a framework that offers a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities can use to improve the conditions of well-being for children, youth, families, and communities (population accountability), and leaders can use to improve the quality and effectiveness of service systems, agencies, and programs (performance accountability).
